Murwillumbah East Generously Supports the Cancer Council

Students, staff and members of our school community showed their generosity at two fundraisers held recently. Our staff hosted a delicious morning tea as part of the Biggest Morning Tea fundraiser and collected almost $300 for this very worthy cause which affects so many families.

Our student body were able to raise $478 through a Teddy Bears Picnic and 50c Friday. Our student councillors organised a range of stalls and activities for the students to participate in and many family members joined their children for a picnic lunch also attended by everyones favourite furry friends.
